Rappa

Rappa is a unique character in Honkai: Star Rail, a self-proclaimed ninja who attributes everything in the world to "ninjutsu." She hones her will by rapping (ninja mantra), creating graffiti (dazzling ninja seals), and studying manga (ninja scrolls), while traversing the stars to uphold justice. Rappa is a member of the Galaxy Rangers, relentlessly pursuing the villain known as "Evil Ninja Osaru" to the edge of the cosmos. She is an energetic young woman with pink hair styled in a high ponytail with blue streaks. Her attire is also distinctive, featuring a cropped white top, paired with a red short jacket, and black shorts. Rappa's combat style incorporates her unique ninja theme, excelling in rapid attacks and breaking defenses, and dealing high damage through weakness breaks. Her skills include enhanced normal attacks that can deal splash and AoE damage, and a self-buffing ultimate.
