Pyrrha Alexandra

Pyrrha Alexandra (ピュラ・アレクサンドル) is a key character in the Soulcalibur fighting game series. She made her first playable appearance in Soulcalibur V as the deuteragonist, alongside her brother Patroklos who serves as the protagonist. Pyrrha is the daughter of Sophitia and Rothion, and niece of Cassandra. She is known as “She Who Fights Destiny” and “The Bringer of Woe.” Pyrrha is generally timid and reluctant to fight, but becomes ruthless when controlled by the evil sword Soul Edge. Her fighting style combines elements of her mother Sophitia and aunt Cassandra's styles, though her movements are somewhat clumsy due to a lack of combat experience. Despite this, she is regarded as a high-tier character. In the story, Pyrrha is kidnapped by Tira and becomes a wielder of Soul Edge, forced to kill. In the ending of Soulcalibur V, she ultimately breaks free from Soul Edge's control and seals it away with her brother in the Astral Chaos. She later joins Sora's team in order to atone for her past actions.
