Xiba

Xiba (シバ) is a character in the Soulcalibur series of fighting games, first appearing in the sixth installment, Soulcalibur V. He is the spiritual successor to Kilik as the series' staff-wielding character. Xiba is described as an "Honest Young Man." In the story, he is the son of Kilik and Xianghua, but they separated before he was born, and Xiba is unaware of his parentage. He was raised by Xianghua's father, Kong Xiuqiang, from whom he learned Kilik's staff fighting style, combining the Ling-Sheng Su Secret Arts of the Rod with his own self-taught techniques. Xiba is a cheerful and friendly character with a love for food. He doesn't fight aggressively, but rather approaches battles with a playful attitude. While he may seem clueless, he is actually quite intelligent, thinking quickly and developing his own unique fighting style. He possesses considerable strength and speed, and excels at using his staff, especially with mid-range vertical attacks. Xiba is characterized by his messy red hair, brown eyes, a blue jade pendant, an open black shirt, a tiger-pelted jacket, yellow trousers, and a gold anklet.
