Garros

Garros (ガロス, Garosu) is a character introduced in Samurai Shodown Sen. He is the leader of an honorable Viking group who sail the seas in search of adventure and treasure. Many years prior to the game, his wife, Agnes, left on a trip to another country and never returned home. Hearing that a woman resembling her was found somewhere in Japan, he departs with his comrades to look for her. Garros is a rambunctious and assertive giant who seeks adventure. Despite his fearsome appearance, he is a man who just wants his family to be reunited. He primarily relies on his brute strength in combat, wielding his massive axe. While his axe attacks are usually aimed high, leaving him open to attacks, he also possesses quick axe swings and body vaults that can launch opponents into the air. In the game, Garros is a power-based character whose fighting style combines fast axe swings with grappling techniques. Though he does not find his wife, he has not lost hope that she is still out there.
