Orcal

Orcal is the elder and overseer of Xion, a fictional city-state in *Stellar Blade*, also known as the Prophet. He is a mysterious and wise old man who appeared out of the blue, uniting the people and building the city of Xion. His past is a mystery, and he intends to help Eve, the protagonist, if she agrees to save Xion. However, his true intentions, like his past, remain shrouded in mystery. Orcal is often seen sitting in the center of Xion and is described by most of the townspeople as kind and wise, always putting Xion and its people first. While he only helps Eve under the condition that she collects hyper cells for Xion, he also seems to genuinely care about revealing the true nature of the world to both Eve and Lily so that they can live in harmony with Xion's citizens. He keeps many secrets to protect Xion, which leads to some dissent and rebellion. Orcal was not always a pacifist. As he was dying, he revealed that he had once been as bloodthirsty as any other Alpha Naytiba, slaughtering countless humans. Orcal's body is largely replaced by machinery, including mechanical arms and a device connected to the Personal Link that allows him to scan the globe for Alpha Naytiba signals.
