Roxanne

Roxanne is an info-dealer operating in Xion in Stellar Blade. She is located in the backstreets of Xion and makes a living by buying and selling information. Rumors say she used to be a member of the mafia or an agent in an intelligence service, but these have not been verified. Roxanne buys information from scavengers and sells it at a markup to those who need it. She is often compared to a snake, but everything she does is surprisingly legal, possibly due to her good standing with the Sentinels and Royal Guard. Despite her sly and flirtatious personality towards EVE, which EVE dislikes, she still makes good on her promises and rewards. However, whether what she does is truly for the benefit of Xion remains to be seen. Roxanne has grayish-tan hair, wears a gas mask, and is dressed in a black trench coat with cybernetic patterns. Her past and combat prowess are unknown, but she is an extremely effective info dealer. She also shows some skill in robotics, planning to reprogram a guard turret to protect Xion (or so she claims).
