Squeek

Squeak, also known as "トッポ" (Toppo), is an enemy that first appears in Wario's Woods. They are one of the most common enemies in the game, alongside Spuds and Fuzzes; in fact, Squeaks are the first foes to appear. Squeaks commonly appear in different colors, mainly green in the NES version and cyan, gray, yellow, blue, white, pink and red in the SNES version. They are a basic enemy in Wario's Woods, and can be defeated by any bomb chain. Despite being basic enemies, Squeaks play an important role in the game as one of the obstacles that players need to face frequently. Wario's Woods is a puzzle game, and the appearance of Squeaks adds challenge and fun to the game, where players need to cleverly use bomb chains and strategies to overcome Squeaks and other enemies in order to complete the level challenge. Squeak also reappeared in NES Remix Pack.
