Helmeppo (ヘルメッポ) is a character from the Japanese manga series *One Piece*. Initially, he is introduced as the spoiled son of Marine Captain "Axe-Hand" Morgan, abusing his father's power. After Luffy defeats Morgan, Helmeppo, along with Koby, is taken in by Vice Admiral Garp for rigorous training and becomes a Marine officer.
